The noodles that they prepare right in here are amazing, thick and very tasty, there are several flavors to choose from and I havent tried the chicken and egg one, I will go this week and I will order that.

The green mussel appetizer is the best in town. And so is the sushi. If only the rest of Boulder didn't think the same. It's impossible to get a table here :(

Don't believe the hype. The fish is decent (but sushi den, japon, zanmai and more are just as good if not better. $12 for a very small caterpillar roll - for real. The shumai came with 3 dumplings for $g. We left hungry and ripped

Pros: Decent fish

Cons: Small portions, over-priced, no atmosphere

This is very authentic Japanese sushi! The raw fish is usually very fresh and is presented beautifully. The rainbow roll is also very good. This place can get pretty crowded on Friday and Saturday nights so go for lunch on the week-end instead of dinner and you will get better service.

My wife and I are regular at this place. The fish, most of the time, is very fresh. I recommend going for lunch on Saturday. Their Hamachi (Yellowtail) collar is really good. I also like the Toro sashimi which sometimes isn't available

Still the best sushi in Boulder after all these years. I do go to Hapa now and then but when I want the real thing with great service, there is no place like sushi Tora.

Sushi Tora is a great place to eat sushi if you really know and understand sushi. Sushi Zanmai and Sushi Den in Denver are the only places a real sushi Affectionados will dine. Go to Hapa or japango for OK rolls that suit many people lacking in experience or for typical american appeal.

First of all, let me tell you that I am Japanese and sushi is my favorite food. I once ate 48 pieces of sushi in one sitting. I've lived in Denver for the last 15 years of my life and over the years, I've enjoyed great sushi from many

I wa a little surprised to find such a good sushi restaurant in a land-locked state. This place was very good. The service was excellent and the food was served very fast. It took us a while to get a table because it's usually quite busy. Some of the sushi was different than what I'm used to. The tuna rolls were cooked tuna rather than raw, which was not what I was used to. It was all very good though and I look forward to going back.

Their rainbow roll is fantastic, and the staff are always so friendly. They ALL said "goodbye" the last time we visited there.

We went to Sushi Tora after reading several reviews. I must say, it was quite a disappointing experience. Their sushi rice was bland, and their fish wasn't nearly as fresh as other sushi places within a few blocks. The service was also

Sushi Tora is a quaint place with really good sushi. The price is right and I felt completely satisfied after my meal.
