We looked around for a good deal on a truck on the internet. Through Auto Traders we found one and then went to the website for Champion Kia. The price was the same on both sites. We called & they still had the truck so we made a trip down after my wife got off work. Halfway there someone calls to tell us the price is wrong-it's $3000 more. We continued on to Greeley to see if maybe we could find something else. They tried pressuring us into buying the one even though it was higher than what we knew we could afford. They lowered the price $2000 to try and make a deal. We saw another one that started out $1000 lower than the first truck. We decided we liked it better so we asked if they would make a deal for the 2nd truck. They couldn't meet our request so we left. The next day the internet manager called & wanted to know how things went. We explained & she said she would see what she could do. She made a deal but we couldn't get there until the weekend so she "volunteered" to bring it up to Cheyenne. We wanted the truck & the $500 free gas coupon she advertised that if you got the vehicle through her & when we mentioned it she told us not to push it because she got us a good deal on the truck. They were in such a hurry to make quota they didn't detail the truck, didn't change oil or the air filter & the windshield washer reservoir was in need of repair. They charged $500 for delivery they didn't tell us about & had added onto the loan. We did our own detailing & repairs. Happy with the truck but not happy how the whole deal went down. The sales manager didn't respond to 2 e-mails we sent.

I bought a used car last August. I was on vacation with my Mom and my three young children. Our Chrysler van broke down and I asked to be towed to the dealer for repairs. That was my first mistake. I told the dealer that I had previously had problems with my van and was interested in seeing if they had anything I could trade for. My second mistake. Since this dealership is out in the country we were trapped. They drove us around the lot in a golf cart recommending cars I couldn't afford until I literally had to say "Take us back to the office, NOW!" Then, after 7 hours of being at the dealership and trying to get them to let us leave we finally were able to "borrow" a car for the night. (They promised us a rental car, and then, imagine this, they didn't have one!) The whole experience was AWFUL!! I love the car they sold me, but I don't think it should have taken FOURTEEN hours to get a so-so deal on a car.DON'T buy a car here! The service is crap, the people are NOT friendly, and they will do ANYTHING to sell you a car whether you want it or not.

This company is HORRIBLE and tries to take advantage of its patrons. Offers very bad follow-up services.

Be very careful when you are dealing with these people. They are excellent at offering great SOUNDING deals, but when you get in and start dealing with them they will twist everything around.

I had recently gone in to look at a Kia Sportage. Very nice cars for the price. The dealership had some kind of trade-in minimum and matching down. Of course they keep your rebates and use them to match your down, not to actually combine them with the offer they had (this was in very very small print on their ad).

With all that aside, I had given the salesman NO information about my trade, down payment, or method of finance during our trip in the car. He seemed very upset with me. When I said I would return later after looking at other brands of cars, he tried EVERYTHING to keep me there. I asked him nicely for his card and proceeded to my vehicle where he followed me and persisted to pester me. I finally just started my car and left with him still talking to me.

Please check out the Better Business Bureau online before doing business with this company. I did and I am glad that I left that lot. If you want a Kia look elsewhere.

PROS: Cheap Cars
CONS: Horrible Business Record, Horrible Service
