If you want a professional company, who calls you back when you need them to and exceptional service at your wedding reception, look elsewhere! I had a beautiful wedding and everyone had a great time with the exception of the catering service provided by Saucey's.
A few reasons why: the food tasted better on tasting day than the actual event.
The business owner was giving out his business cards to my guests.
I called and left 8 messages between 3 weeks prior to my event and the event day, and they only returned my call the day before my wedding!
I was given 3 different reasons why they were "unable" to call me back.
During my reception they made me feel as if they were making the decisions about everything and what I wanted didn't matter.
I had different guests (including my mother) approach me saying that CJ the owner was rude to them for one reason or another, and he was bad-mouthing me to a staff member while guests were present.
Every time I did speak to Saucey's there was something new that was not mentioned at the first meeting, such as the things that we had to provide ourselves...
They cut my cake in big chunks and it looked terrible on my guests' plates; very unprofessional.
We were told in the first meeting that cups would be included and during the last meeting with Sauceys they told us that we were responsible for providing cups to our guests; which we did, but yet the servers told my guests that they were unable to give them WATER because there werent enough cups. There was a LOT of cups left over after the event so I was very upset.
I will never recommend Sauceys to anyone who is looking for a catering company for an event.
