I traded in my Audi A6 at Planet Honda for a used 2010 Honda Accord on March 15, 2014. (It is 4 years old.) Going into the deal ( I loved my Audi, but it had 140,000 miles on it and I wanted a newer car) the main upgrade I wanted was

The people in the service department seemed very nice, don't let that fool you. They charge $110 for a diagnostic test. You can buy the actual diagnostic tool for $30 on amazon and you can have a diagnostic check done for free at many

Planet Honda sold my daughter a used 2007 Honda Accord with 33k miles. It has had 3 major issues and engine blew at 66k. First issue was damaged wheel rims discovered when she bought new tires. Also rear end was out of alignment. Second

I purchased 2007 Honda Odyssey touring 4 years ago. I had all of maintenance service in Honda Planet for 4 years. Odyssey will notice me "Car Need Maintenance" each 3000 or 5000 mile on Car Display. So I bring my car and tell service

Took my 98 Civic to Planet Honda for a $100 diagnostic test. I suspected transmission trouble. After running the tests, they said transmission was good but needed a sensor replaced and a clogged passage cleared. $800. I said OK. 3 days

I went in to inquire about new models. No one seemed to be around so I went to the reception area. The receptionist who, was working on some paper work, didn't even look up or acknowledge me. I stood there for about three minutes before moving to the brochure area. After grabbing a couple brochures I walked around the show room to look at the models. With no one around to answer my questions, I decided to leave. Finally on the way out the door I run into a sales guy. He answered all my questions with an attitude and made me feel like I was asking dumb questions. After leaving and doing some more digging on line, it turns out he was giving me misinformation. Just think how much money Honda spent to get me in the door and they totally blew it. Bad customer service!

I've had really good luck with Planet Honda.

A few years ago I got in a car accident and had my Accord towed to Planet. They did an exceptional job and were always willing to answer my questions... and I had a lot of them!

A few years later, that same Accord was stolen (sad face). I visited a few dealerships to find another Honda, and finally ended up at Planet where I bought a used CR-V. The CR-V was a trade-in and hadn't even been on the lot yet, but it's exactly what I wanted and I felt like I got a great deal.

Since it was a certified used vehicle, anything that went wrong with it was repaired without question. Sure enough, the previous owner had jammed her CD's into the disc changer, but Planet replaced the CD player for free.

A few weeks later, my gas cap kept unscrewing because the previous owner had cracked it, causing my check engine light to come on, but Planet ran the computer tests and diagnosed the problem and gave me a new gas cap for free. A few weeks later the third break light was on the fritz, I took it back and they repaired and replaced it for free.

I haven't had any problems since.

The service at Planet Honda is exceptional!

I bought my Accord new from Planet honda in 2003, and have taken it there for service ever since. Today I got my car back with a very noticable dent on the roof of the car. The Service Manager Tom Pacheco would not take responsibility for the dent because (Paraphrasing) "its a 2003, with 70,000 miles" and "they only had it for an hour, and we have had it all day". I'll never take my car to Planet Honda again, nor will I ever buy a car from them. I hope you wont either.

Pros: free doughnuts??

Cons: does not take responsibility for damage

We bought our Element here last year and had a fantastic experience. My husband called ahead upon the referral of a co-worker and spoke to a salesman. When we arrived he had most of the paperwork already done and he had the car ready to test drive. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the paperwork went fairly quickly. We were out of there in under two hours with our new car. This dealership also has a fantastic play area for kids. We were there with our 18 month old and I was able to keep her fully occupied in the outdoor (but covered) play area. Highly recommended.

We bought our Odessey here and had a decent experience. We haggled a bit, but it wasn't too terribly painful. Our repair experience here has been pretty favorable and we appreciate the ride they'll give us to work with an early morning drop-off.

I went in to Planet Honda looking for a lease special advertised on Honda.com, but they told me it wasn't available. The saleslady tried to upsell me to a two-door Civic instead of a sedan, and part of her argument was that two-doors are safer for carjacking because they have less doors. I found that a little absurd, and went to another dealer that honored the lease special for the sedan.
