I bought a car from this dealership, and I liked the buying part. -The salespeople were nice and not at all pushy. However, I have had my car serviced here and am not thrilled with the work. One problem was allegedly fixed, but the noise that I originally complained about never went away. When I brought this to the Service Dept.'s attention, I was told that it had not been fixed, and that I'd need to bring my car in again. -It's all under warranty, but what a pain to bring in the car and sit for a few hours while they fix it again!
The people at saturn were very nice and helpful. They weren't pushy at all which is so good especially when you arent sure what you are looking to buy.

I came in for an oil change and service on 5/9/09. The person who attended my car(unsure if term mechanic is correct), told me two tires had unrepairable leaks are 'offered' to sell me two new ones for just $168. Next day I got them repaired for free at the place where I bought them. They're still holding air. I also asked for someone to just listen to a funny noise comong from the steering wheel. That simple request was refused unless I pay $99 diagnostic fee. I sure am happy I bought Saturn.
