Roof Brokers are the way to go. You should always get an estimate from them if you are looking at a roof job. We had a big job on short notice as we were closing on a property. They came in with an estimate that was thousands less than the three other bids for the same roof material and scope of work. They got it done on time and the work was top notch. I would use them again.
