Your-Way Disposal Inc

I was very impressed in the beginning. However, for the 3rd time today, my trash was not picked up - even though I ALWAYS put it out the night before. The first time, they apologized and came out to pick it up - no problem. The 2nd time, they were going to charge me $10 to come back...and the driver LIED and said my can wasn't out there (again, it was out the night before). This time, my neighbor called and let me know it hadn't been picked up, but his had (he lives one street up & uses them as well). I am a single mom of one, I don't have a lot of trash. I think these yo-yos drive by, don't see a heaping amount of trash and keep on going. I'm a small town girl and wanted to support the little guy - apparently they don't care about their customers. I am going back to Waste Management.

Best service we have received in a long time.Other comments here, indicate worst service? Not in our book.
Just the opposite! Very polite, And the workers do just that work! Sounds like the they had a problem if they were needing to call police for harassment issue's....
This is the best local service we have had since we moved here to Colorado we highly recommend this company if you want good service done right.

TOTALLY HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ADVISE THAT ANYONE AND EVERYONE FINDS A NEW COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE, THE MANAGERS ARE EVEN SCARED TO COME UP WITH A SOLUTION TO ISSUES WITH UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS. i HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON NUMEROUS TIMES AND REFUSED A MANAGER TO HELP. THEN I WAS TOLD I WAS HARASSING THEM AND THEY WERE GONNA CALL THE COPS! PUSSY'S! CANT EVEN MAKE THINGS RIGHT! GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY IN THE AREA AS THESE PEOPLE DON'T DESERVE YOUR MONEY TO EVEN GET A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER TO EAT! WORTHLESS AND I WILL BE FILING A BBB COMPLAINT ALONG WITH WHAT HAPPENED AND CALLING CORP TO TELL THEM HOW $H1TTY THEIR BUSINESS IS. SERIOUSLY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

I appreciate the friendliness and the good service you provide. In almost 4 years now, we have never had any problem. The employees have been helpful and polite - what more could you ask for? Thank you.

We have had the best service from Your Way Disposal Company. We have had bulky items picked up with no hassle or extra charge. We can put up to 8 large trash cans out a week for pick up. The staff is friendly and helpful when you call to set up service.
