Headlines- TheWashington Park Salon

I cant imagine anyone would have nothing but great things to say about this place! I have been going to Headlines for years and I have been getting my hair done by the owner Cheri (yes the owners are very involved in this salon) Recently Cheri stopped cutting hair to focus on growing her business, as devastated as I was by the news of her leaving the chair I completely understand and support her. During my last visit in Cheri's chair I asked her who she would recommend for me based on her opinion, and she set me up with a young girl by the name of Mandy. I would be lieing if I said I wasn't slightly skeptical of trying out this new gal but she was recommended by my stylist, even more importantly she was recommended by the owner of Headlines! I have to admit Mandy blew my mind! she is definitely much younger then Cheri and Myself but what she lacks in age she makes up for in skill! thanks Cheri for the awesome referral and thanks Headlines for having such a great staff!

I can not say enough good things about Headlines. For most of my life, I was happy enough with my stylists, but after a few haircuts, they would lose interest and I would search for a new salon. I have been going to Amanda for several years, and love my hair. I always get a good cut, and I feel like a celebrity when I leave. Additionally, my color is phenomenal.

The reviewer who said she had a bad experience must have been at another salon. I've never had anything but exceptional customer service at Headlines!

I have been going to Headlines for over 2 years and never had a bad experience. Sounds like that reviewer was having a bad day. The staff remembers my name and there is no salon attitude here. It is very welcoming and I think the service is excellent. I have been to Amanda and Valerie and they both do great work. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service, good location, and fabulous hair!

This Salon was awful I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to go in and get exactly what they want. If you do brave it and go in, take their offer of beer or wine because you will need it once its all over!! The customer service or lack there of was very unprofessional and impolite.
