My experience buying a used car from Courtesy Acura was truly amazing! Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and down to earth. There was no pressure from anyone at any point, and they gave me time and space to make my decision about my purchase. Owen, the manager in the used car department is the first person I talked to on the phone and took care to get me to the right person. Charell Robinson was a great sales rep who helped me more than was expected. Tom (Sales Manager?) was super friendly & made me feel at ease. Jim in business finance helped me with all my paperwork in a very smooth and professional way. They got me an excellent APR for my loan through a local credit union & worked hard to meet my needs. The service tech (sorry I didn't catch his name) who was getting my used car cleaned up and ready to drive off the lot noticed a little problem, and they were very diligent to get it resolved before I took it home. The paperwork supplied to me showed all the work that was done at the service shop before it was put on the lot to be sold. I was hesitant to buy a used car through a dealership, but in the end was completely satisfied and wouldn't have done it any other way. Courtesy Acura met all my needs and then some! They treated me with kindness and respect even though my used vehicle purchase was probably not even close to some of the sales dollars they see selling Acuras. Kudos to Courtesy Acura!
