Best Place in Colorado

After reading many excellent reviews for Colorado Auto Body, I decided to take my Jaguar there for repair of dented door. As soon as I walked in Bill treated me like I was their number 1 customer. Bill looked over the damaged and recommended the best work at the best possible price. He explained what would be done and when the car would be ready. The car was ready in three days as promised and all I can say... the car looked as good as new! I usually don?t take the time to write reviews but I felt Colorado Auto Body desired it for their outstanding work. Thank you Bill and the team at Colorado Auto Body, I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

I brought my Toyota Camry into their shop because someone ran into my car in a parking lot. They did a wonderful job repairing the dents and made the process easy for me. I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

They said it would take 3 days to fix the hail damage to our cars. It took them 10 for me and 13 for my husband. We had to have rentals that whole time, and they kept saying it would be ready the next day (seriously, you can't tell it will take an extra 7 days??). We have a common loss clause on our insurance so we had only 1 deductible. The adjustor explained it to them, as did I when we dropped off the cars and when I picked up my car. But they conveniently "forgot" that when my husband went to pick up his car and wanted a 2nd deductible. My car had scratches on it and a big dent with the paint chipped in the door that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I'm sure of this because we inspected the car all over for the hail damage. From the beginning it was obvious they were inept because they originally sent us to their Centennial address on Arapahoe, but it's not open on Saturdays which is when we set up the time to come in. So we had to drive to the Aurora location. These guys don't understand the first thing about customer service and they tried to rip us off. We will NEVER go there again! If it's the last auto body shop in the city, we'll go out of town to find an honest, reliable place. Chip is an absolute idiot and we feel like they were jerking us around. I do not normally write reviews, but I think they are dishonest and do a bad job. Places like this give the entire industry of mechanics a bad name.

Had a guy slide into the bed of my truck. Required replacement of the dually fender and replacement of misc braces, clips and pinstripe.

It took over a month and a half to get in a pinstripe kit (which took 3 days to get once ordered). Their tech(s) reused sub-par fender liner clips, David failed when it came to communication. He left my truck at the alignment shop for over 2 days for 2 hours worth of work due to contradicting info that both the alignment tech and myself heard. The first pinstripe kit did not get ordered or even installed until I involved the general manager. Few days after the pinstripe kit was installed, I noticed that it was installed wavy and with a bunch of air bubbles. It was later made known that their detail guy ($7/hr detail specialist) installed the stripe and not someone who knew what they were doing. Took another 2-3 weeks to get in another pinstripe kit all while I was the one who had to keep stopping in and harassing David for results. In the end, I didn't let them touch the truck again and had them bring in yet another pinstripe kit which I installed.

Pros: Actual bodywork satisfactory so far

Unfortunately, I had a car accident about three weeks ago. Considering I recently moved here from Los Angeles, I am unfamiliar with the first-rate Auto Body shops in Denver. I searched the internet for Auto Body Repair shops that are referred by reputable lists and the first Auto Body Repair shop on the list was Colorado Auto Body. I called immediately. They offered to come pick me up, offer me a tow, arrange for a rental car in a prompt manner and a free estimate. I felt very comfortable with the entire process and was reassured that my car was in good hands. They called me within a few days to give me an update on the parts that were required to complete the repair process. Within less than one week, they called me to inform me that my car was completed! Although Colorado Auto Body offered to deliver my car to me at no extra charge, I wanted to return to their shop to pick up my car. I was elated to discover that they found the best possible deal on the part that was needed to complete my car. Also, the original estimate matched the final cost of repair.
Not only was the price reasonable, Colorado Auto Body offered me a warranty for years to come. I have never taken the time to write a review online and words cannot even begin to express the class of service I received at Colorado Auto Body. However, I strongly feel that Colorado Auto Body's customer service, professionalism, reasonable price and incomparable quality of auto repair deserve a review at the very least.
I will never use another Auto Body Shop except for Colorado Auto Body ever again! I hope that anyone reading this will do the same.

I had the unfortune of getting my car rear-ended in June. I took my car to Colorado Auto Body and I have never experienced such good service. Tim and Bill at the shop went out of their way to make a stressful experience turn into a delightful experience. They went to bat for me with my insurance company to make sure my car was fixed properly. They explained the entire process for me. They even personally delivered my car to my house and it took much less time (only 5 days) than originally estimated (8 days). I commend them on their professionalism and their undetectable repairs.
