Don't be fooled. They have great customer service until you pay for the item. I bought a 52 inch flat panel with an extended warranty. My remote went out 2 months after my purchase. I was given half a dozen numbers to call, all which led to frustration. If you pay for a extended warranty you would think the store would service it. Forget it! I've been on the phone for over an hour and no one could help me with something as simple as a replacement remote. If this is what I have to go through getting a simple remote, I'm dreading the day something really goes wrong with my tv. I guess u get what u pay for, and I won't ever pay or anything at this store again.

Ultimate electronics, is the best place to get electronics. The employees are very friendly and are willing to help you and give you accurate information, so you will have the best expereince buying your electronic.
