Cinemark Imax

I LOVE this Cinemark. We visit it monthly, but during the most recent visit, they were experiencing technical difficulties with our movie, so we had to wait a while before we were able to watch our movie. They gave us free movie passes for our inconvenience. Many theaters would just shrug it off, but they took the initiative to ensure we would come back. I was very satisfied with this experience.
