Super 8 By Wyndham Milford/New Haven

My husband & I travel a lot and I will never stay at another Super 8. The front desk clerk was rude and snippy. The bathroom in the first room was filthy. We asked for a second and were given one that stunk from mold. The clerk kept saying ??It??s not our fault?, ??It??s not our problem?. I would think dirty and smelly rooms should be the problem of the management of a motel. The third room was acceptable only because it was too late to book anywhere else. It had a coffee machine and no pot (as did the other rooms); a tangle of wires hanging behind a table; a barely working tv; burnt out light bulbs; mold in the bathroom; fire alarm hanging off it??s ceiling mount (posed a problem with all the wires). I??m glad I had Lysol wipes to clean off the hair dryer, sink and toilet. Super 8 really isn??t all that super and we??ll be passing them real fast in the future.

I like this motel alot of people use this when they are on business trips its ok it is big but the rooms are small. They are cheap to stay in to so thats great.

My stay at Super 8 Motel was super. I am so glad that I
had this stay at this motel as opposed to going to a more
expensive one, I love Motel 8. This was my first stay at
the Motel and to my grand suprize I was delighted that
for the money I spent I had a wonderful Motel experience.
The room were just like the more expensive rooms, the
only difference was I spent alot less money. I will definitely
not spend more money at a more expensive motel again.
I received quality for less!

PROS: I will always choose Motel 8 rather than a more expensive hotel.
CONS: There are no negative things to be said about Motel 8

This is a great priced hotel in the Milford area! There are competitive hotels near, but expect to pay possibly DOUBLE for a room of the same size! I found that my stay at Super 8 was a great experience. I no longer will pay more for a "better brand" of hotels when this one is now in the area!
