I ran out of oil one sunday in Feb. So, I called my normal oil company. They told me that they were to busy and could come out on Tuesday. I called Beacon and they were understanding of my situation. The oil driver was friendly and even started my furnace. Thanks for the great service you now have a customer for life.

Picture water pouring through brand new cedar ceilings onto a custom cut 8 inch wide plank red oak floor. Not once but twice due to a misplaced pan under my air handler in the attic. The second time was just after we called to have the unit checked before we turned it on for the summer. We should have been prepared for issues after we found that the ductwork had never been insulated and we were losing our heat through the attic. The owner's response to our concerns was to tell us that he never charged for the service calls to correct the problems. While I understand that mistakes can happen I do not understand a business ethic that is so substandard that the consumer is left to hire an outside contractor to ensure that there are no more events like the two floods and the enormous energy bills that have occurred. I would never have this company enter my home again.
