Had a great experience with Romaine Trimble as our salesperson. Romaine was quite helpful in outlining all of the features of the Rogue we purchased and we didn't feel pressured during the experience. Would highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a Nissan.

This was my first time at a big dealership to purchase a car. My sales rep, Vaughn Andrews, absolutely took that into consideration and created a pressure free environment for me. He continues to reach out even though I made my purchase 2

Made a call to make an appointment for a SPECIFIC car "on their lot" that I saw online. It was a great deal that I was READY TO BUY.
Got to the appointment in the middle of a snow storm and the car was gone. Already sold/off the lot.
Was then assured that the EXACT same car, EXACT same color, EXACT same year, LOWER mileage, EXACT SAME PRICE was being shipped from another location and was in transfer.
Knowing that I was VERY interested in the car, they assured me that they would hold it for me and that I absolutely wouldn't need a deposit for the first look because of the already miscommunication.

After the date they certified as the arrival day, I called questioning if it had come in and why they hadn't called me. Again, the car was sold.

Mind you--they didn't even bother to call me or even offer to have me come in to take a look at another car or offer me another deal. GREAT SALES SERVICE?!?!

I just bought my 4th car from Lia Nissan and I Have to say that they always have been good to me, even when I shop around to keep them honest. My mother has even bought 3 cars from there in the past 5 years. I know I'm not the easiest customer to sell a car to, nevermind try and negotiate with, but they always roll with the punches and swallow their pride when I sign on the dotted line.

They are quick to sell you something, but not to fix it. The sales store manager is a joke and so are all the employees. They don't care about anything. Never do business with Lia, I should of listened to all the other reviews and people.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, salesman was a joke as well along with finance manager, right on down gave atrocious service...I was supposed to be trading in my car for a new Altima, before I even finished the credit app and got everything set in stone, the salesman called my insurance company and transferred my insurance from my current car to the new Altima-keep in mind I was driving this car around for a WEEK while they were trying to get the deal done, so I basically had no insurance on the car I was still driving-All this done behind my back, when I complained to the sales manager he simply said it wasnt true. Basically, STAY AWAY

We like our car, but hated the customer service.
