They get the order wrong so often that is more like a surprise buffet than an order window.

The servers at the window have no idea that the microphone order stand clearly tell hearing impaired persons to pull forward and speak directly to the order taker. Nor do they have any idea about accommodations for persons with disablities. I found this to be true when I pulled forward, being unable to hear. The server got quite angry and argued with me when I told her I was not able to hear. She got even angrier and I was told "Well, you can't hear me because I WASN'T TALKING TO YOU You can't just pull up without ordering." Then she refused to take my order until I was able to convince her I could not physically hear her due to partial deafness. It is true that she changed her behavior from aggressive to embarrassed but friendly after a big explanation but it was still terrible service and frustrating. Really, this should have been addressed by the supervisor who trained this person, reminding her that persons with hearing difficulties are expressly invited to pull up.

Why does this McDs charge extra for the soda on an extra value meal when the same items cost about $2 less at the Lisbon McDs?

And the food IS often cold.

the food here is rarely hot, the service slow, especially the drive through, and they can't give the food as ordered, this has happened many times, and they need to change their frying oil more often, the frys and nuggets taste horrible

PROS: convenient to highway
CONS: lousy food, lousy service

It's convient to where I live, and go threw the drive threw often ( i have small children), but by the time I get home, I am usually missing things from my order. Someone rolled there eyes at me when I asked to for sauce for my chicken. Very rarely do you hear a "thank you", or "come again". It would just be nice to hear that once in awhile.
