I am very easy to please, and have never had an experience with a car service company that left me upset enough to leave a negative review....until now. I'm not going to drone on (I was being driven in a car service, so it can't be that bad), however just know that they have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Please choose another limo provider.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are unreliable and have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner of the company called me to threaten to haul me off to jail after THEY made a billing error and charged

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They are unreliable and have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The owner of the company called me to threaten to haul me off to jail after THEY made a billing error and charged

This company has the WORST customer service EVER. The driver was beyond rude/inconsiderate when he picked us up at Train station. We were with our clients and it was total embarrassment as he not only late, then He did not even bother greeting us, open doors, or load our luggage. Huffed and puffed the whole time driving 80 miles an hour. Then I called to speak with owner/manager the next day, and Linda pretended to care for 5 min then said she will have to call me right back "in 5 minutes I promise" she said, of course no phone call. Finally I called them back after 2 hours and she's unavailable, then I called back again an hour later, and all of the sudden all management left for the weekend. I've never dealt with such terrible service. Our company has used them for a long time, and they were once great, but it was worse then hiring a taxi. Totally unacceptable.

This company is awful. Do not give them your business. I was twenty minutes late to my own wedding because of their incompetence. To make matters worse, the owner could have cared less. She hung up on me and refused to take responsibility for her company's mistake. She treated my husband and I with complete disregard and actual disrespect. I repeat, do not give them the chance to make you late to what you find important. They do not care about their customers.
