I have a G20t that I bought about a year ago; it's a used car with over 100,000 miles but in good condition. Little after my wife and I bought it we started hearing a loud noise in the front suspension. My wife took it to Harte and they told her the entire front suspension had to be replaced and it would cost $1,000. I took it for a second opinion to Pep Boys and they fixed the upper control arm on one side, which was the only thing that was bad; it was only $ 200. The suspension has been fine since then, but that was just the beginning. A couple weeks ago the clutch died, so I took it to Harte thinking they have Infiniti specialized mechanics and it would be the best thing to do. They overcharged me for the repairs, almost twice what it would have cost doing it somewhere else; they supposedly tested everything and made sure everything was working fine. About 5 or 6 days after, the alternator breaks. I found it suspicious, and I took the car back to Harte. They told me I needed a new alternator and a new battery, and that plus labor would cost about $1,300. I refused to have it repaired by them and asked for my car back; until then the car was starting and running with no problems. The service guy got angry and rude, displaying some really poor manners. After a while they gave me my keys, but they completely depleted the battery of my car. I believe their strategy was to make me stay there and pay for the repairs, but I called triple A and got the car towed to a small workshop near downtown Hartford. They replaced the alternator and told me the battery was fine (I'm still using it). It costed less than a half of the estimate I was given at Harte.

Stay away from these people as much as possible. They are very shady and dishonest.

I went to Harte Infiniti about 3 months ago, looking at the G35 coupe. The salesman assigned to me was incompetent, making something as simple as a test drive a 2 hour adventure. The salesman was new, and clearly not ready to be on the floor. He was setting off alarms in the showroom, grabbing the wrong keys to the wrong cars more than once (and always cursing about it like some sort of a "bad break"). All in all though, he was a good guy, who you couldn't get angry at, so much as feel bad for. After all was said and done, I was prepared to buy a car. We did the paperwork crunched numbers, negotiated etc. and in the end came up with a number. I made sure to ask the salesman if the number he was showing me was the final price, all add-ons, taxes and fees included. He told me it was, and he was so happy to get his first sale. Well...low and behold the contract I am presented with shows a price about $2,500 higher. I asked what it was about, and the salesman called the manager over. Rather than try to calmly explain to me this new fee they had tacked on, the manager instantly berated me. I'm sure it was just a bad cop routine, trying to pressure me into just going through with the sale, but the manager crossed the line. I would highly recommend avoiding Harte Infiniti.
