This dealership quoted me a price plus sales tax and registration online, but then they refuse to honor that price unless I have to pay some additional hidden fees. Buyer beware, the price they quote you is not the price you pay!

Will never purchase a vehicle nor have my vehicle seviced again at Acura of Milford. Had the worst experiences with them. Everyone be very aware of this place. I needed a bigger vehicle (having a baby) so I traded my 09 Jeep Wrangler (mint condition) for their 08 Jeep Liberty(lemon). The Liberty had serious leaking problems. When it rained, it rained in the car. The heater did not work (smelled like something burning & thick dirty air would come out not healthy to breath in) I never experienced anything like this at any other dealership. I felt like I was at a side used car shop, not a dealership. The day I took the Liberty off the lot I asked if everything was done including the vin etching. I asked 3 times and he said Yes. I got home and looked at the windows. There was no vin etching. In which that should have been done, especially when they told me yes. The Liberty came with warrenty (of course,the vehicle was over $17,000, thats a law) they took the car in to fix (which took over a month) they fixed the leak, but they wouldn't fix the stains the water caused (they said it was not under warrenty). The water was leaking in the vehicle of course the water stains should have been fixed & anything else that was damaged caused by the water. Anyway, they would not fix that. Just so you know this was at the end of my pregnancy( talk about stress they caused me). Then the day I delivered my son I recieve a phone call from them that the heater was not on warrenty. Its a heater we live in CT & its winter. I need heat of course especially with a newborn. How can you sell a vehicle and the heater doesn't work, are you kidding me?? Absolutely ridiculous. Then they finally said ok we will fix it and the thick bad air smell(Well, the thick bad air smell is stll there).Also, there is Absolutely NO Customer Satisfaction!!! While all this happening and taking over a month, Not only was I disrespected by them with rudeness, they Never called me to tell me how progress was going with the vehicle being fixed vehicle. I always called them to check in. Then asked the service dept. to also have my free complimentary vehicle oil change done while its in there. He said that it was done as well as vacuum & car wash. Thinking that my vehicle that I just purchased from there is finally fixed. I pick it up oil change not done,car wash not done,vacuuming not done. I had metal pieces all over the place from when they welded to fix the the leak, very dirty from them in & out of this vehicle. The only thing he could say to me was Sorry. What??? Not saying all Acura Dealerships are bad, but yes Acura of Milford is!! Acura of Milford you should be ashamed of yourselves!! You have a lot of shaping up to do!! Starting with not selling lemons & better staff that will treat your customers with respect!! I am disgusted & stuck with a vehicle that I can't stand to look at or be in with what I put up with. Shame on you Acura of Milford!!!!

Obviously Lex D has no clue what he is talking about. Luckily the other Acura dealer took you off milfords hands. The best department at Acura of Milford is their parts department. Blessing in disguise to have lost you as a customer.

First time purchased a "new" car so I shopped around a good deal before, they were very helpful and gave me the best deal. They took time to answer all my questions and go over the prices in detail. Had small ding in my car during my first 2 months into the car ...they fixed it free, service was great. I would recommend them to my friends,

This place was great several years ago, but has been the scene of unbelievable amounts of employee turnover. It's a shame to see most of the people who really cared have left. It seems that the corporate mentality of less qualified employees = less payroll = more in the pocket...without understanding that the relationships with the customers should come first!!!

I called the Acura Parts/Service Center. I asked the "Parts Specialist" for an a/c fan relay. He told me that there are no relays. He was wrong. I called a different Acura dealer/parts in another town and they knew exactly which relay I was asking for.
