Reviews for Burlington Coat Factory

Ratings_icons A bad experience

I purchased an infant car seat from Burlington Coat Factory for my neice's new baby. The next week, before I had given it to my neice, the model was recalled because of a safety malfunction and although this specific car seat's ID number was not on the recall list, my neice was justifiably nervous about using the car seat. She asked that I return it and asked for one of a different brand which Burlington Coat Factory did not carry.

Burlington Coat Factory would not give me a refund for the car seat. I could only get a store credit for the $130. which meant my budget for this gift was absorbed at this store and I wouldn't be able to buy the gift I had promised.

I spoke with the store manager and called their regional sales manager and they refused to refund the car seat. I was stuck, they had my money and would not release it.

Because of this policy, and the cold and inconsiderate way that I was treated by these managers, I will never, ever shop at this store again.

Ratings_icons Brand Name clothes for less!

This store is great. It is not very fancy inside but it is huge and you can get alot of brandname clothing cheaper. They have designer names for a lot less than you would pay in other stores. Some of the stuff is out of date but for kids clothes especially who cares? They have a large plus sized section with hard to find suits and outfits for large people. They also have quite a good shoe section where you can get Nikes for 20 bucks. The infant/toddler sections are huge and they have everything from cribs and clothes to toys.
