I had the car cleaned and they stripped the paint on the bottom of my passenger side door. I didn't notice this until I got home and they wouldn't do anything for me since I already left the lot. I also had some change in my car and that is gone now as well.

Be warned, they are not the same service they used to be.

I had been a steady/happy customer of Roncari for close to ~20 years, & recently, the place has gone downhill. Cost cutting must be the mindset, w/ pick-up times lengthening and expect to sit at lot waiting as long as it takes for shuttle to fill-up, regardless of your flight schedule

Here's a good example of management's indifference to customer service: Upon picking my car there at end of last vacation, my windshield had a huge crack up middle. The car <1 year old and had no visible defects or chips on windshield where crack could've started. I told the on-site night mgr. about it and he was shockingly apathetic. I explained that in addition to the $100 parking charge, I had just paid them $70 to wash/vacuum my car and perhaps windshield got damaged in process. Nope, nothing he could do.

I wrote a letter to overall mgr., and didn't get a response. Sent a copy to the marketing mgr., and nothing. Hey, here's a free lesson in Marketing 101: It's easier to keep an existing customer than going out & getting a new one.

Awful experience.

They completely damaged my car while I was away on a trip. Long scrapes due to poor parking on their part. They completely denied responsibility. They refused to look at their own video.

I will never park with them. Beware the damage they may cause your care.

I have had nothing but good things to say about Roncari. Fast, great service and my car is ready when I am. I will be using them on Sunday and I know I can expect the same service as in the past.

Last night at 12:30a I picked up my car, I have a AAA card and was hoping to get the discount. The card expired in August and I have not received my new one yet, the woman at the desk was very rude and would not give me the discount because she said the rules are there for a reason.Then on the ride home I notice that I only have a 1/4 of a tank of gas left, when I left I had 3/4 of tank, because I had just gotten gas before we left.Now this morning I notice that there are scratches on both sides of my back bumper, not to mention a puncture hole. I know for a fact these weren't there because I wash my car like a fanatic all the time. I called this morning only to be told that I should have reported it this morning, apparently I should have seen the scratches on my car in the dark and half asleep. And the man also told me that there is no way they could of scratched it up because there is nothing that they could of hit! There are poles everywhere, not to mention other cars!!!! Highly disappointed in this place, it's suppose to be safe parking and I come back to an empty tank and scratches!

Whenever we travel we leave our car at Roncari. They have paved and well lit lots. The gentlemen who come to take your car are polite and treat your car as if it were their own. They quickly shuttle you to the airport and are very prompt in picking you up when you return. If you have parked in the winter, your car is clean of any snow and ice and warmed up for you by the time you return. If it is raining you get into your car under a car port so all of your luggage does not become soaked in the process. We would never leave our vehilce anywhere but Roncari.
