Stay away from this vet at all costs. They mis-diagnosed my dog and he suffered from the incorrect treatment. When I took him to Boston Road animal hospital they were able to save him.

We have been taking our dogs and cats to Dr. Cohen and Dr. K for many years. They have done everything from routine to major procedures, puppy health checks, etc., and always taken the time to explain and educate us when necessary. I find it very difficult to believe that the person who took his cat there to be declawed had the experience he described, as the Four Town Vet staff are very experienced. Be that as it may, accidents do happen. We will continue to take our animals to Four Town Vet for routine treatment!

My husband and I love Dr. K. We only see her she is wonderful. She really cares about not only our dog but the rest of the family too. She really understands That our dog is a member of our family.

FOUR TOWN VET HOSPITAL IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! We??re new to the area, and brought our young cat in to get declawed. We dropped her off for an overnight visit, just a simple declawing which I??ve had done to numerous cats without incident.

We get her back the next day, and she has plastic bandage tape around her arms up to the elbow, which we??ve been informed needs to be removed in exactly two days or it can cut off her circulation. I??ve NEVER seen this done, and always got our cats back without bandages or a need for a return visit. Over the two days she was home, she could barely walk around and was clearly miserable, which was agonizing to us.

We brought her back to spend the day getting the bandages removed, where they supposedly examined to make sure she??d healed properly.

3 days later, when she was mobile enough to pick up, I realize that they FORGOT TO REMOVE ONE OF HER CLAWS. Even worse, they didn??t notice this during the bandage removal exam, which they ??supposedly? performed.

I called them back in the morning, and in the interest of ??good customer service?, they informed me that they would be willing to do the claw removal that we had already paid for complimentary, no offer of a partial refund for our time, inconvenience, and more importantly the suffering of our cat. I managed to convince them to keep her there until the bandages were removed, after she was put under anesthetic and went through the healing process all over again.

We go to get her back, and they informed us that she had gotten a lot of love and affection during her unnecessary stay, and that we now get to administer and anesthetic to her because she??s had surgery twice in a week. She??s still clearly not herself.

Furthermore, they failed to follow their own advice to stop feeding her the night before, and as a result she moved her bowels in the cat carrier (which now has to be thrown out) on the way home.

This has been beyond anything I could imagine with a Vet. I really wish someone had put a review like this up when I checked online before bringing her, it could have saved the three of us a lot of suffering.

When my dog was hit by a car, the only vet that would take us on an emergency was 4-Town Vet.

Everyone there was awesome, very sympathetic and kept me up-to-date through out the day on her progress.

I was impressed with their level of concern and their skill.

I've been bringing my cat here for a little over a year now. My cat is 14 yrs old and has ALWAYS been afraid of the vet. When i brought him in for a wound he got outside Dr. K entered the room with a very sweet voice and my cat didn't even budge. He just laid there purring away as she talked to him. As she entered the room she said "who's this handsome little guy!" and he walked over to her on the exam table. He has NEVER done this before. He is skiddish around people except for a few family members. This vet hospital is very very friendly. They aren't out to just make a buck off you for unnecessary procedures, they care for your pets. I will never go to another vet unless this place ever closes which i hope it doesnt. We had an emergency with our puppy not too long ago and they told us bring him in right away and they took him right away. The receptionists are very nice too and very knowledgable. I HIGHLY recommend this vet. :)
