Took my deposit and now can't be reached. Check the phone #, it's disconnected. Not responding to e-mail. I'm out $100 and no entertainment for my event in 2 days. Be careful.

I was surprised to find this review from what I know to be a satisfied client, and so I thought I would try to explain what had happened.
Our failure to change our obsolete telephone number here on Insider Pages caused our client to become suspicious, and then frantic because we were experiencing an e-mail provider problem at the same time, but the issues have been corrected, and we apologize to Nancy for any confusion and anxiety this had caused her.
Despite the break in communication, however, I am happy to report that the show was played as planned, and everyone had a great time!
