Bloom Frederick N Dds - Associates In Dentistry

The original dentist, Dr. Bloom, has retired. Dr. Zubkov
is very skilled and talented. The dental care is excellent.
However, the office people will harass you by calling you a few days
before your appiointment expecting you to call back and confirm.
They'll call day after day.
They'll even confront you about it when you come in to
your appointment if you don't return their call. My point of view
is, if you have an appointment you'll be there or will call
to cancel or change. A professional office staff does not
need to harass the patient. A courtesy call to remind you
of an appointment is all that is needed.
