I had to pick up some important things for work, so I called around to make sure I could find a store with them in stock. Circuit City's phone system redirected me to the wrong department, where no one answered and I was hung up on. After trying again to make sure it wasn't my fault, I just kept hitting 0 through the menus to get a live person. I talked to a woman who assured me that everything I needed was in stock (after putting me on hold for several minutes to check), but when I got there, they only had half of the items! I had to run around to several other stores to get all the items in time. Very frustrating!
