Wow, that's the least I can say. I just purchased my first Prius. It's the plug-in model. I'm getting 76 miles MPG. My salesman John was awesome. He really took time to show me how everything works. From the hybrid system to the Navigation and hooking up my I-pod! I got a fair price and GREAT service. I also get my first two years of oil changes and maintenance free, I guess that comes with every new car. Thank you Lynch Toyota and John!!

I purchased a new truck at Lynch just over a year ago. I have been so happy with the truck and the service department that I referred my brother here to buy his used Corolla. He got an amazing deal on it and is beyond happy! I will recommend this dealership to everyone for both buying a car and having it serviced!

I recently purchased a 2012 Rav 4 at Lynch Toyota. My car is the best one I've ever owned. I love it!!!!! The treatment I received at Lynch was top notch. I especially would like to thank Big Brian for all his help. I would recommend Lynch to anyone that wants excellent customer services and great cars.

I took my car in for repairs after we hit a deer. They said the car had been road tested and was all set. We were almost home when the check engine lights went on. We drove it back (30 miles) and they found a ton of work that hadn't been done - didn't bleed the radiator, forgot to clip something on the cam, etc. Again, they said it was all done and just as we were driving home, more check engine lights are on. This was after they had the car for 2 1/2 weeks and charged $5500 for the repair.

Car dealerships often get a tough rap, but I had a wonderful experience at Lynch Toyota and would recommend them to both my friends and family. Our sales person was straight-forward and listened to our needs and what car qualities we were interested in. She followed through in answering our questions and was professional in all respects.

We have done business with Lynch Toyota for several years and we definitely feel they should receive a 5-star rating. They treat their customers like royalty and keep checking up to make sure you're happy. They listen carefully when you bring the car in for service so they know if you have concerns and then they FIX those problems correctly. We will continue to do business with Lynch Toyota for as long as we own cars. We have a Prius now and especially love it at fill-up time!

We recently bought a 2011 Sienna from Lynch. Although their "in stock" Sienna inventory was very small (due to the tsunami in Japan), we found just what we were looking for. The sales staff (Mike Davis) were very helpful and we added some accessories without any problems. We look forward to thier service as we normally keep our cars 6-8 years.
ALSO, we enjoyed our "New Car Owner's Orientation" very much. The food was great and the info was helpful.

We purchased two vehicles from Lynch back in November of 2009. I have had nothing but wonderful service from them since. From the WONDERFUL dealings with the sales department (Thank You Barry) to the EXCELLENT customer service in the service department. Lynch turned what so often is like a visit to an oral surgeon into one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had at a dealership. Run away from this place. In all my years of purchasing cars I've never been personally insulted by a sales manager. The customer is always right is not in their vocabulary. I waited for promised items that never came and then was made to feel as if it was my fault for ordering something extra. Almost as if I should have just accepted whatever they had in stock to buy and not want anything more. Its as if they were doing me a favor to sell me a car. The general manager was more concerned about making sure she was covered than to worry about the customer or what the customer wanted. Ive never been treated so poorly. Buy your car somewhere else. Its dealers like this that give Toyota a bad name. The cars are great. This dealer shouldnt be permitted to sell candy let alone cars.

To me this experience of buying a new car was exceptional! What a dealership? The staff was alive and very active. I was greeted by the receptionist with all smiles promptly as I entered the dealership. To me car buying is and always been a difficult job. WOW! thsi time it was very pleasant all, easy and without "stress".
I was taken on a test drive by my sales lady, I think her name is Margarita! What a nice lady all smiling and gave me all the information and answered all of my questions. She had the knowledge. I was surprised. I purchased the car and took the delivery the same day. I was surprised when Margarita took me on the Facility Tour, introduced me to the Managers, Service consultants and the Parts deptt. staff. Finally I drove off in my new car. I just leased my second Camry from Lynch. I started with the Internet Manager who replied quickly to my emails. Then I visited the dealership and worked with John Haggan. Who was not pushy and easy to work with. He listen to me and answered all my questions. The entire staff was friendly and the store was clean.

I purchase my Rav4 new from Lynch several years ago. I continue to have all my services done there. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The new online appt system is so easy and convenient!

I have had my cars serviced at Lynch for several years and have recently purchased my 4th vehicle from them, a brand new 2010 Toyota Corolla. I cannot praise them enough. This dealership always treats me with the utmost respect, and it has always been a pleasure dealing with them, both in service AND sales. My salesperson, Brian , and the Internet guy, Scott made the car buying process very easy and very straightforward. I also had a bad experience at Lynch Toyota. I have been having issues with my brakes for 3-4 months now. For the last month I have been bringing my 04 Camry in for service there to try to get this problem resolved because I am unable to stop the car when I hit a bump. Everytime I go in there it is the same story. We cannot replicate the problem so there is nothing wrong. I was there last week and they told me that they would form a task force to wokr on my car and that is the only reason why I brought my car back there. Of course the night that I drop off my car the service manager Jason calls me and states that he test drove the car and could not find it so when am I coming in to pickup the car. I told him I am not picking it up and I would like to talk to the service person I had been working with the prior week. Of course they call me in the morning and state again that nothing is wrong with the car and that it is my fault the brakes aren't working. They told me that my rotors were black and they were not black a month ago, so I must be a heavy breaker. I asked them why a month ago when it was in there the rotors were not black and they could not give me an answer. They told me becaue my car is 6 years old that I should flush the brakes. When I went in that afternoon to test drive with a mechanic they hooked up the computer to my car and I drove with the mechanic. Of course while we were driving the problem occurred and it showed up on the computer. It also happened while we were at a stop light. When we got back to the dealership the mechanic went to speak to Jason and they come and get me 30 minutes later to tell me there is nothing they can do because it did it when it was stopped. Jason the service manager said that it was pointlesss to try to fix it because it would cost thousands of dollars, and asked me if I had thought about buying a new car. I stated as a matter of fact I have been but I would never buy another car from Lynch Toyota. I was so angry when I got home that night I called customer relations in CA to make a formal complaint about Lynch Toyota. I stated to the guy that someone has to get really hurt before they will admit there is a problem. I feel like I am driving a death trap at this time and Lynch does not care. DO NOT BUY A TOYOTA FROM LYNCH. THey are liars and bad people to work with. This is not the frist bad experience I have had with Lynch. I guess if I were a man they might be taking me more seriously.

I have a '95 Toyota Corolla and I took it to Lynch for an oil change. I noticed a sound coming from the exhaust so I told the service tech if they can check that out. As I was waiting, the service guy came to me and said that my front pipe, mid-pipe, and cat converter were leaking and gave me the prices of the parts that were $1100 not including labor. I took it to Meineke to have it looked at and they said everything is fine, I needed a new gasket and my flanges are rusted. I had the gasket replaced and I never heard the sound again. Even the tech from Meineke said he doesn't know why Lynch would tell me that I needed a new cat converter! A few years later, There was another exhaust leak and I took it to pop's exhaust in Manchester. I told them what Lynch had told me and they too repeated what Meineke had told me, this time my flex pipe was rusted so I had it replaced. So far, at least 3 other mechanics stated that everything was fine with my exhaust system! What Toyota did was illegal and there going to just rip you off like they try to do with me.

I bought a used pickup from Lynch in Fall 2009. The only thing I asked them to do pre-purchase was to fix the 'check engine' light. When I picked it up, I drove one mile and the light came back on. I took it back to them and it took them three weeks to diagnose and repair it. Last month, because the truck was handling poorly, I took it to my mechanic, who found all four shocks had leaked out all their oil, a long time ago.

Worse yet was my purchase of a used Jeep from them a few months later. Dean, the service manager, made a huge deal about supplying a second key and floormats, but finally did.
When they hadn't fixed all the items specified on the purchase agreement, I told them I didn't want the car because now Dean said they hadn't agreed to do all those things, even though they were written on the contract. He said they were going to keep my deposit!!!
Finally, after weeks of waiting, the car was ready and I bought it. Two days later, it broke down and had to be towed back to them, for something they were supposed to check pre-purchase.

THIS IS THE LAST PLACE I WOULD EVER BUY A USED CAR FROM AGAIN!! Go Elsewhere!

These guys are all liars from Buddy in sales, Dean the used car "manager" and Muhammad in customer service. I bought a used truck from Lynch Toyota and they were supposed to replace the 4 tires and the rear bumper with originals. When I picked up the vehicle the tires and bumper were replaced with cheap generic ones. Also the truck was supposed to have a full tank of gas which it didn't. I had to go back and get a credit slip and fill the tank myself, after they signed off a pre delivery checklist they call a "WE OWE" slip. Had an engine replaced under warranty at 47000 miles. At 72000 miles vehicle diagnosed with cracked flex plate. Repair done at Aamco who gave a written report that due to cutting off of alignment dowel engine was misaligned which led to cracked flex plate and damaged torque converter. Lynch accept no responsibility and infer that flex plate was made of poor material!

We took our 4runner here to get some basic service done, we had a specific coupon for XYZ to be done at ###$$ amount. Anyway, we took it down, and they did what we asked, but we were very pleasantly surprised to find that they charged us less because one of the stipulations of the coupon didn't need to be done at all. They didn't end up being able to fix one issue, but we were really impressed that we weren't charged for that other issue that really didnt' need addressing.

I take my parents Toyota vechiles here all the time for an oil change. It is a great place. You don't have to make an appointment. You just walk in its simple. Your car will be done with in an hour. If you want you can even bring in other cars (Nissan..etc..) and theyll do it for the same price. But it is going to take a little bit longer because they have to get the oil filter for the store but still. Over all I like this place. The will take you home if you need to, I also think that they will pick you up after wards too when the car is done. But I am not sure. Its a good price and there is alot of parking.
