Tolland Cooperative Preschool

My older son has a summer birthday, and when he was 4 1/2, I started worrying about Kindergarten coming up next fall -- he just didn't seem ready (maturity, behavior, academics). We were very lucky to hear about Tolland Cooperative Preschool's 5-year-old program by word of mouth -- it turned out to be the perfect alternative for him. The curriculum was age appropriate for young fives, and the teacher is wonderful. And since it is a cooperative school, I was able to observe his progress while helping out in the classroom from time to time. The next year we sent our younger son to the 3-year-old program at the co-op, and have been very happy with his experience also. Oh, the school's name changed to Tolland Cooperative Preschool a number of years ago -- I tried to update your info. here, but didn't succeed yet :-)
