Beware of their Sunday, 9 to noon discount bowling. We arrived around 11:40am and athough there were many unused lanes, they gave us a number and we had to wait for a lane. They didn't call our number until a little after 12 noon (all the while there were unused lanes). Then they conviently failed to mention that the games wouldn't be discounted since we'd be starting after noon!!!
How's that for friendly service?
We're looking forward to South Windsor Ten Pin reopening in August of 2011.

i have many complaints about this bowling alley. i will never go back there, i will stick with shaker bowl in east longmeadow.
i went to bradley on a sat night for galactic bowling, and it was $17 from 10-1 (resonably priced) but even if you didnt rent shoes, it was the same pice... not usually the case, thats sort of the point in buying your own shoes. then i asked for a 6lb ball, because they keep them behind the counter- and the guy gave me attitude and asked who it was for and so on... which was rather annoying.

i couldnt bring my iced coffee in, so they threw it out at the door for me. that was a waste of more of my money.

then they yelled at me and my friends that were with me because there was a chair down where you type in ur names but we hadnt put it there so that ticked us off. they also have employees every 3 lanes or so just starring at you if you even make any noise. i felt like i was on an elementry school field trip. the food was expensive.

we couldnt request songs that we wanted to hear because they had a pre-recorded radio station on with every over played song you can think of.

then some more of our friends joined us in the lane next to us, but when one more person came, they were forced to move 5 lanes down-- for no reason... it wasnt like the lanes were full in between us either. the whole point in us going bowling together was to be in lanes NEXT to eachother, but they apparently didnt care.

may i point out that there was no reason for any of this "baby sitting" to be taking place. we were not being overly loud, or doing anything wrong to provoke any of the snotty attitudes or the starring. we were respectful and yet got no respect back.

to wrap things up, i just want to make sure everyone knows these things ahead of time, because i dont want them taking anyone elses money and ruining their night if i can help it.

Cons: thumbs down all the way

We recently went here during a school vacation and they were great. It is very clean and reasonably priced. If you don't like big crowds the best time to go is during the day Mon. - Fri. It's easy to find and lots of parking.

Some other bowling alleys have you feeling cramped and dirty. Bradley Bowl is bright and clean with many lanes. They throw great parties for the little ones, including bumpers if wanted. Only complaint has been some lanes aren't oiled well enough and you end up almost stopping when you should still be gliding! Maybe that's why I didn't break 100....

Customer friendly, clean . Has a snack bar complete with a grill . Computerized scoring. Reasonably priced. Staff behind counter is especially pleasant and accomodating.

We recently took a group of teens to the Bradley Bowl and they really enjoyed their time there. The lanes were spacious and clean. With the exception of one, the staff was friendly. We received a coupon to use on a return visit and will most likely take the opportunity to use it at some point.
