To provide an opposite perspective from the previous review, my experience at Spring Glen has been excellent (I have been taking my dog there for several years). Both doctors are compassionate, responsive, and knowledgeable, and the office staff is likewise equally professional. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I hate to give them even one star. My elderly mother took a dog there for a bleeding mole, after being assured on the phone that no blood work was needed. When she got there, they pressured her into getting various blood tests. Next, they said they couldn't even remove the band-aid covering the dog's mole to look at it, because the doctor wasn't in. They then prescribed $76 worth of antibiotics! Total bill was well over $100, total value $0.
