Absolutely the worst jewelry store in Fairfield County, CT! I will never do business with them again. They lie about the quality of their own jewelry. The customer service is horrible! Snooty and arrogant staff. I know they sell

We have used Lenox Jewelers for over 20 years and have always had a good experience with them. They always service our watches and are very trustworthy.

They have had my wedding band for 10 weeks now - to make a duplicate of - when it fnally was ready, after I disputed payment with Amex - it was done incorrectly. So I am still waiting and will never do business with them again.

Take my advice - go to MADISON JEWELERS instead - save yourself the aggrevation and lack of customer service. I had to call 3 times before I got a return call.

This store sells beautiful jewelry - some very cutting edge which I gravitate toward. However, the staff doesn't seem to grasp that they are a service business. I've been in several times - at times dressed nicely and other times straight from weeding the yard. I was treated very differently - depending on how I looked. I'm hardly a street person, but to say I was dismissed by the staff is putting it mildly. I once took a ring in the have it sized and the gentleman (my apologies to gentlemen everywhere) told me it hadn't been purchased at Lenox. I knew this to be absolutely false. Drove home. Got the box and sales receipt. Returned to Lenox. The "gentleman" didn't apologize for his mistake - nothing. I left and had the ring sized elsewhere. There are too many other jewelers in Fairfield County to have to put up with this.

My family have shopped at Lenox for over 15 years now. Every visit is a delight and we are always satisfied with our purchase. The staff at Lenox have always done their best to be sure we find something we love whether it be graduation gifts for friends and relatives or an 'engagement' ring for my 20th wedding anniversary. The selection of jewelry and watches at all price points and styles is amazing. They have also maintained all our watches over the years from my huband's 'vintage' Rolex and my 25 year old Ebel to wrist bands and batteries for our everyday Swiss Army and Fossil watches. Service has always been friendly and professional. I can recommend them to anyone who is looking for a truly wonderful shopping experience.

I've been going to Lenox Jewelers for about 7 years now. I've always been treated with courtesy and respect every time I go. I have never been pushed to buy a piece I can't afford, or something that isn't attractive on me or the person I wanted to buy it for. I've bought many watches, all different brands, and necklaces and just recently my wedding bands. Never had a problem. Lenox Jewelers treats all of their customers with the utmost respect. I have referred many people to them and have been told the same. Please go to Lenox Jewelers when you wish to buy something. I deal with all of their salesfolks, but primarily I deal with Mike.

Pros: Quality Products, Fantastic Pricing!

Cons: None

I was purposely cheated and treated rudely at this Lenox Jewelers.
On December 22nd, 2007, I went to the Lenox store and bought an Omega watch .
When we got back home, we found the "watch number" on the chronometer certificate card does not match the number engraved on the back of the watch. Moreover, the ?reference numbers? on the chronometer certificate card and the warranty card were totally different. We did research through internet and found that all numbers should match each other. Without appropriate cards, we can't believe the watch was a genuine one.
We went back to Lenox on December 23rd, 2007 to ask if they made some mistakes on the cards. The Lenox employee, Angela, told us the numbers on the watch, certificate card and warranty card should not match each other with full confidence. She told us she has been working in this industry for many years. She also called someone who works for Omega to prove her words. She even stressed that she personally went to Europe for training and knew the rules very well. Unfortunately, we stupidly trusted her and left.
We finally realized that Angela purposely cheated us on December 23rd, 2007 because:
1.She has been working as an Omega sales representative for a long time. It is impossible that she did not know this simple rule.
2.We asked her to check other Omega watches in her store to see if the numbers match with each other. But she refused to do so.
3.If she really does not know this simple rule, she can ask someone else in the store to get the correct information. This store sells several world famous brands watches. They all should know this most fundamental rule very well in the watch industry.

A couple days ago, one of my friends bought a same style of Omega watch in Hong Kong. He reminded me that all numbers should match with each other. We then went to another Omega dealer in Connecticut. The dealer also told us that all numbers should match with each other.
