Had a great experience from artiolis. I am a freelance writer for magazines and newspapers and unfortunately the position i held with a local agency shut down so traveling is a must in my field now to get good stories. But my car broke down last week and it was beyond repair so i shopped online and went to a few used car lots and literally everything i looked at wasnt a big step up from what i already had. I drove by artioli dodge and saw a beautiful white 2007 chrysler 300 with 68k miles in their from line that just screamed class, and knew i would be percieved as a professional pulling into jobs with it. So i pulled in and just had to take a look at it whether i could afford it or not. A younger salesman named Phil came right out and was extremely helpful and energetic, answered every question i had right offhand. I have loved chryslers since i was a kid and grew up around them so i knew everything he said was true. After an impressive presentation & before i could even ask for the price he offered to let me drive it, I told him that I probably couldnt afford it and that I would be wasting his time but he insisted, he said if i didnt like the vehicle than the price wouldnt matter anyway, which was something ive never heard from any salesperson and made the most sense. The car drove as good as it looked. He brought me in and offered me something to drink, was very friendly and personable &when i wanted to get the numbers he got right down to business. I told him my budget (which was extremely low), that i was inbetween jobs collecting, and he told me right up front that i was going to have to put a couple hundred down which i appreciated since mostly every other place i went to told me no money down and when i got into the finance office ""they made a mistake"" and told me it was going to be more than a thousand! I told him i would need a week to come up with the money and he said no problem. I put 100 dollars down (which he said was refendable) and he put a hold tag on the vehicle and parked it in the clean up department until i came back. I came back a little skeptic thinking they were going to whack me with unknown dealer fees but nothing, i was in shock. I drove the car home that day and havent had an issue since. I have bought 14 vehicles in my life for myself, my wife and my son, and visited numerous dealerships and talked to probably 100 different salespeople and never liked a single one. Phil is ambitious and you can tell he loves what he does and would do anything to help someone out. I have already refered a friend of mine (who was in a similiar situation) and he got a used town &country mini van and he said it was the best experience hes ever had at a dealership too. Phil sends me 50$ for everyone I send to him, he keeps in touch with me, sends me free car wash coupons, and got me free oil changes for up to 100k miles. He deffinately deserves this good review

my overall experience is based on a jeep that i found online on artiolis website upon scheduling a appointment to see the jeep i purchased it, after driving the jeep off the lot i noticed a leak coming from my (soft top ) they were called and i was told to bring it back in it was left and was supposedly had been fixed and i got a call saying it was ready when i went to pick the jeep up the floors were wet,the keys and paperwork were left on the floor soaking wet, and also my bumper was dented, i bought it to the service departments attention they act as if they didnt notice my dent as well as notice the floor still being wet due to the softop still leaking i was told again that they would handle it and they will call for me to pick it up once again. when i arrived to pick it up yet once again i was informed this time that it indeed was all set again, they fixed the bumper and i drove the jeep home shortly after on a rainy day it rained hard and when my workshift was over i got in my jeep to find it soaking wet seats and all they were called back yet again and they stated to put a bath towel in the window meanwhile its pouring
and everythings soaked i made several calls and was put on hold,transferred to numerous people that could not help me, i got alot of voicemails, left messages,no returned calls, no answers as to why the jeep is still leaking, this was in october and we are now in april and still yet the PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED but yet they got my money

These guys are awesome. I needed a taillight eplaced. I knew it was a small job, but I didn't have any tools. They sold me the part and the awesome service department changed the lamp assembly while I paid for the part. It was only 5 minutes work, but I know they could charge for a half hour of labor. They didn't and they sent me on my way with a smile on my face.

This all happened at 4:45 PM on the Friday before the Labor Day weekend. It's nice to see people willing to go the extra mile. Makes me want to buy a car from them.

One of our 2 cars came from Artioli. There is a great warranty on it that includes free oil changes. Nice bonus. But, they often try to get you to do more while you are there, but not in a high pressure way. We almost got 2nd car from them, but fell in love with something else...would have though!
