Paul was professional, knowledgable and fixed the problem with our heating very quickly. I was impressed that he cared enough to wear the booties over his boots. VERY NICE GESTURE!

I will definitely use HARP again and refer my friends!

Wonderful, I was stressed due to the circumstances and Harp was right there to help me out. A bit pricey but I had not choice. And it could have been a lot worse I am sure. The service tech. was awesome and put my mind to ease immediately, thie office staff did the same and respoined within an hour . Wow, Impressive.

Very satisfied.. Tech arrived at scheduled time, was friendly and courteous. Furnace was in rough shape, but cost for service was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

On time for appointment - very helpful. Found an issue with the furnace that will require additional repairs. Office staff very friendly and helpful as well.

In the spring we had our central air conditioner cleaned and serviced
Very good service and quite efficient. The price was good, on time and I would recommend them
