Although our child was at this establishment for just under three years, the last year of his enrollment was extremely unsatisfactory. The first two years he flourished and was enrolled in classrooms with teachers that genuinely cared. However, over the past year, staff turn over was frequent and those that were caring and supportive teachers left the establishment. Our son was finally withdrawn due to a series of unethical incidents over a three month period with staff and management expressing little concern regarding our child's emotional and physical welfare. Management has little regard nor knowledge about child development and show no genuine interest in education. Current staff are unreliable and disinterested in my opinion.

We had a very unpleasant experience with Tutor Time in Manchester CT.
Here are a few examples of our experience.

1. Kids don??t get much attention
Most times when I picked up my kid or checked on her during the day,
she and other kids were there by themselves looking bored. There was
not much interaction with caregivers.
2. Do not feel kids are being taken good care of.
Every time I visited my kid's room, there were a few kids with big
runny noses and snot in their mouths. People could argue that it??s
hard to keep up with those little runny noses and
caregivers might be busy with other things. However, the caregivers
were not always busy when I saw the runny snot crossing those little
mouths. There was one time when I was there checking out my kid, one
little girl had a big long
snot dripping down from her nose. No one wiped it for her. Then a care
provider picked her up, put her on the high chair and started to feed
her food. The kid was literally eating her
food along with her snot.
3. Caregivers didn??t care much about cleaning when changing diapers.
Don't be surprised if you see dried leftover poop after you pick up your kids.
4. They had way more snow days than any other day cares in this area.
5. If you need to deal with them regarding some issues, then good
luck. Don't expect them to get back to you. I wish we had checked
their rating on Better Business Bureau before we chose them. They have
the lowest rating "F". I am not surprised.

I had my 5 year old daughter enrolled here and I was also a employee for them for about 8 months. Great place to enroll your child, 6wks to 18 yrs of age. Before and after school car also.
