Manchester Honda is by far the best car dealership in CT and has the best customer service. I leased a 2010 Accord from them in April 2010 and it was actually a pleasure to do business with them. We knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in there and Dave Babella, who helped us, made us feel very comfortable and wasn't at all pushy. We had gone to several other dealerships prior to Manchester Honda, but chose to not do business with them because they all tried to push extras on us, or tried to get us to buy when we specifically said we wanted to lease. Everything was so easy at Manchester Honda, there are no gimmicks.

Just today I brought the car in for a routine oil change and maintenance and it was a pleasure. I had my one year old daughter with and it would have been a nightmare anywhere else with her wanting to run around and explore. But Manchester Honda has an awesome play room with great toys and it's clean! It was actually relaxing for me, andmy daughter had fun too.

Really, what more could you ask for from a car dealership? Manchester Honda has it all and is the best. We will definitely continue to lease from them and recommend them to all of our friends and family.

As a single women going out and looking for a car can be a difficult experience. I found that Manchester Honda had the best selection and the sales person Erik Busher really made it easy for me to pick out a car. He explained how they do business and that the negotiatin on the price is already done for me. I decided on a 2011 Honda Civic and I love my new car. This is my first new car and Erik made it so easy and took all of the confusion out of buying a car. I would strongly recommend Manchester Honda and Erik to all of my friends.

I have bought many vehicles from Manchester Honda over the years and have always had a great experience with Dave Babella. I really enjoy the no negotiation pricing, it just makes it easier for me to get what I want and not have to feel like I am being attacked by the sales person and the manager. The sales Rep both John Barera and Doug dont even know how to talk to the customers. They just said directly to my face that all the people coming in to there dealership are wasting there time, i dont know if they are working for a car dealership or Walmart, they expect everybody who walkin to there dealership are to drive away with a brand new honda car. And, once u start talking to them about the price of the car they dont even spend a minute of there time, they just give u a price and they expect u to buy at the same price.
I say they are rude, i would never do business with them

All I want to say is this, the person who wrote the herendous review about getting a Kia as a loaner is the biggest IDIOT! So what if you get a Kia as a loaner car!!!! You should be happy to have something that will drive you from point A to point B! and do more important things like getting to your job, etc.They try there best to satisfy you, but all you do is bi*** and complain about getting a Kia? That is TEMPORARY!!! The problem is that your too impatient cut them some slack! They even put a brand new engine for you, and you failed to write a review about it because I bet it was working fine! DAM!!

Anywho, heres my story. Manchester Honda has the best customer service I have ever seen in my life! I got a 2001 Honda Civic EX from them and the salesman Tim is very friendly and is not pushy. After I got the car, a week later I was stopped by the cops and they said my tints were too dark. I explained to them I just got the vehicle and I'll take care of it right away. I called Tim up at Manchester Honda and he told me to take the car in to them, they'll put on brand new tints and they'll lend me a loaner car so that i can be able to get to work. I was very happy and satisfied with them. I drove the loaner car to and from work, and I could care less if it was a different make cindy, as long as I can get from point A to Point B without any problems! Anyways, I got a call back from Tim, the car is ready and I picked it up and I had no issues.

I just read the review from the person who was appalled because they received a KIA instead of a HONDA as a loaner car. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!! They should be happy with a loaner period...this is why other countries laugh at us!!!! Spoiled American Brats!!!! Nothing is good enough!!!

My husband and I purchased a 2008 6-cylinder Honda Accord. Six months later, April 30, 2008, it was in the shop for the "malfunction indicator" which was on steady. Manchester Honda gave me a rental car, a KIA, (which I was not happy with) while our Accord was in the shop. I asked why I couldn't get a Honda to temporarily drive. Tom Graham, the service manager who needed re-training for customer service, explained to me that it was too costly for the company to have rental insurance!. So for TWO weeks I drove around in a KIA while I made payments for a New Accord which I could not drive! On May 1st, the service manager, Troy Roberts informed me the technicians were still trying to resolve the problem. On May 2nd, I called the sales manager, John Casey, and asked to speak to the owner about this situation. After being questioned by Mr Casey about my request, he finally said he would leave the owner, Jonathon Lareby, a message to call me, but could not guarantee he would personally call! After leaving two voice mail messages myself for Mr. Lareby, he finally called me back explaining he was at the dentist getting three teeth filled! I explained the situation and he said he would have to speak with the service manager since he did not have all the details. He never appologized for any inconvenince. I asked him to replace our car with another. He said he could not do that. I felt no reassurance and empathy from this man. On May 6th, the service manager, Troy Roberts, who was the only one I found to have good customer service, called me to say a new replacement engine was being ordered!. Finally, on May 15th, I was called to say our 2008 Honda Accord with a new engine, was ready to be picked up. My husband and I drove down to pick up the car. No one greeted us. No one apologized. We were simply handed our keys and told, "No charge" The following week we traded the car in for a 2008 Acura TSX, which we LOVE.!!! MANCHESTER HONDA HAS GROWN TOO BIG FOR THEMSELVES-THEY NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

I went here plenty of times to look at their cars. I am not a huge fan of Hondas but they are good cars overall very strong. This dealer ship had a huge lot with a wide choices of cars. Its a good place to look for a deal. I know many of the sales reps taht work there. They are good people, they will give you a very good deal.I like how the lot is organized and very easy to see from the road. It had a good lot for just parking your car. Everyone will great you with a HUGE smile and are willin to help you with what ever you want.

This dealership has great service and sales staff. The repairs are done in a timely fashion and the service staff is very nice and friendly. The communication between the staff and customer always there and I have no problems getting in touch with them if I need them. The facilities are brand new, clean and well kept. In terms of buying cars they have a huge inventory and selection to offer their customers. I recommend this dealersihp to anyone.
