American Pie Pizza & Rstrnt

We dined here both in the summer and fall. I love the thicker crust, as compared to most New Haven pizzerias. There is a variety of toppings.
The salads are great, too.
Great service - when it isn't too busy.

If you love pizza and want it to be good every time you purchase one, then go to American Pie Pizze and Restaurant. It is a great little restaurant with a good menu but we always go for the pizza

If you like the warm bread that bertuccis gives you, this is even better than that. Both their bread and the crust on their pizzas are wonderful. It always tastes fresh like it came right out of the oven. The service was quick and the servers were friendly. Highly recommended.

This place makes some of the best pizza around, period. The bread is key with me, and they've mastered that very important component. They also make some *big* tasty sandwiches and italian dishes (recommended is the lasagna), you really get the most bang for your buck here. This place gets a full 5 stars from me!
