My wife and I like buffets, so whenever we see an ad for one, we try it out. Pizza Hut not only had an ad, but when we got there, we noticed an employee out front waving a big sign saying 'Buffet!' I thought, wow, this is going to be a real treat.

A nice lady escorted us to our booth and took our drink orders. The buffet table was about 2 feet by 5 feet and maybe had 2 or 3 different pizzas on it. There were also two small aluminum tins with dried up rotelli pasta. Not a good beginning. I took two slices of pizza, my wife had about the same with a little salad, and we went back to our booth.

The pizzas were not too bad. When I got up to get more slices, I noticed that the buffet table was just about empty. There was only what looked to be a dessert pizza left which no one had touched. I don't like sweet pizzas so I just scraped up the few remaining dried rotellis and returned to our booth.

Four small pizza slices, two sodas, a little salad, and some barely edible pasta. This feast cost us $22.16. Why would a well-known restaurant advertise a buffet and then serve such garbage? How can they stay in business? It could be that everything else Pizza Hut makes is great, but I'll never know. They made a sale but lost a customer. A royal rip-off.

I have frequented this Pizza Hut on occasion over the last 15 years or so and have seen such a decline, however last night was simply outrageous. When I asked the waitress if this was a franchise that sold beer, she stated, "not tonight". I then asked oh, what nite do you sell beer? She stated, "no beer came in this week". We then placed our order. While eating my salad, I had to pull a 5" long piece of hair out of my mouth and asked to speak with the manager, who never came to our table. I had to approach him myself at the register. He stated he would comp my salad. As I looked around the full to capacity restaurant, I noticed that no one had their pizza's. After waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I again approached the manager, Chris, and demanded to be told at what time our pizza would be ready. He checked my slip which was stuffed in with about 10 other orders and stated that it hadn't even BEEN MADE YET!!! While standing at the counter, several customers had come to pick up their orders..one customer had a burnt pizza and wasn't even the pizza he had ordered and another was told his pizza had been lost. I was thoroughly disgusted with the employees who appeared to be discheveled in their appearances. Chris the manager and his associate manager were laughing at comments I was making in regards to having to wait so long for our pizza. They had total disregard for their full to capacity, angry customers in the restaurant. We, along with several others left in disbelief of the quality and service of the evening. One more thing..the women's bathroom was DEPLORABLE AND DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, Toilet paper was all over the floor and it smelled like urine. I will never, never go to this Pizza Hut again and I hope that some type of improvement is made..you should all be ashamed of yourselves for operating in this manner!

Pizza Hut is one of those pizzas kids love and I have two. I think they need to remodel the one in Watertown, it is pretty run down ,
I went there on Halloween with friends and the best part about it was our server Chris, he was very friendly and accomodating. The buffet was pretty good and the kids like the personal pan pizzas.
