You guys have been my one stop shop for some time now and I will continue to do business with you as long as you keep doing what you're doing, by providing great customer service.

Great Service and people! We have taken many cars to LSRS. They have always been helpful and professional. A few times they have helped us to save additional costs by taking the car to a dealer or helping us find a warranty. The people are always very nice and helpful.

I called these guys for a tow after calling another company and being told it was going to be over an hour for them to get to me and my car. That was just not going to work so I called Lone Star because they were close to where I was stranded. The tow truck driver was so nice and comforting. He put me in the truck and then took care of my car in the rain. He really could not have been a nice guy and it took them half the time to get me to safety than the other guys said it would take for a truck to even arrive

I had my front bumper replaced at Lone Star. The service is great and the process is very convenient.

The service shop is fast and efficient so you don't end up over-paying for labor hours. I'm more than satisfied with all of their work and would recommend this place to everyone.

I called AAA for a tow truck and it was there in a short amount of time. They driver came over and put in a new battery quickly! Thank you!!

My Altima broke down and completely died on me on my way to work. I was in a rush, panicked and needed to get this taken care of asap. Luckily I was able to look up and get a hold of someone at Lone Star and get shuttled to work while they were repairing. I was fortunate to find out it was just a faulty connection with the battery and by the time lunch rolled around I was able to get back on the road. Thanks so much!

Prompt pick-up, clean tow truck, and fair clocking on mileage, even though we slightly went over out AAA plan-provided mileage. In addition, the driver was exceptionally considerate. Thanks.

These guys are great. Not only were they able to fit me in immediately, they quickly got my brakes back to new. The cost was about 1/2 of the other mechanic's estimate. Parts are there quickly and the guys are very understandable. I recommend this place to everyone.

Had my car towed to Lone Star after breaking down in Stamford; huge mistake. Anything, and I mean anything you leave in the car WILL be stolen. I took everything I could cary out of the, including stuff from work, and whatever I could fit in my bag. Forgot my GPS, that was stolen, even cheap, old pens left in the console were stolen. This is a very unethical business that you should avoid at all costs. You have to pay before you can even see your car. So by the time they notice they essentially striped your car, it's too late.

Scratched my car while towing an illegally parked car in my condo complex. LAME!!!!! Would you use these guys.
