Black Tie Cleaners

Very poor customer care. Ill-mannered, unhappy & rude.
Regarding cleaning: Excellent with ties. Unbelievably poor quality laundering of shirts (particularly with the collar). They claim they cannot get skin oil out of collar and defend it as standard practice. I never heard such an excuse as defense for a poor job done from any dry cleaners I ever used. All my previous dry cleaners never had a problem with my shirt collars.

Black Tie Cleaners are the best. Since it's right on my way to where I work, I can drop my clothes off there in the morning and pick 'em up on my way home. The early bird drop off is great. Thank gosh for Black Tie, because I can make a pretty big mess! I had a brand new suit with an oil stain right on the lapel...Black Tie cleaned it and it's good as new. Highly recommended.
