I also have gotten facials and waxing there. The place is very clean and generally there is minimum wait time. She got angry when i wouldn't upgrade to a more expensive pedicure and raced through both the mani/pedi without really filing or buffing my nails. No massage, nothing. She didn't even help with my bag when my nails were wet. I've gotten better service at nail salons that charge $20...let alone the $50 i spent there.
