Crowne Plaza took over and renovated the old Harley Hotel. The lobby looked fresh with new carpet. The wedding reception room was nice, and the food was very good. Waitstaff was very attentive. The rooms are updated also.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel has a wonderful staff that is willing to go above and beyond whether you are staying their for a night or having a wedding reception.

Very lovely,comfortable beds and complimentary airport transportation

A great hotel, however the location is a bit far from downtown Hartford (about 25 mins). There is a mall close by (5 mins) with a movie theater inside. The hotel has two computers in the lobby for use by the guest. If you want a bit more privacy, there is also a business center with pay internet.
