I'm very unsatisfied with the Customer Service or can I said the attention from the Service Director, John A. I'm Hispanic and he made me feel it... He totally ignore me and ignore the issues that they were not able to fix, with a: "That is not my problem". If I paid $1,000 for the service I expected that my problem became theirs and they take care of it. But this gentleman was no just unkind if not unprofessional, in Century XXI my race do not should made a difference a the time to make business.

I'm totally frustated... I love my car and I would never change to another brand. Actually all cars in home are Mercedes but sadly this service dealer is not doing any good to the brand. I'm a Mechanical Engineer reason why I always have maintain my cars; however I have used always this service place for all the warranty issues. But my two last experience have been unsatisfactory to do not said more. Two months ago I took the car for a part recall...well you know they told me they have to replaced something else, what they did not know was that I did I little mark on the part, guess what I still have the same part on my car. A month later I had to take another car just for find out that after have my car for a month in there and tons of excuses they couldn't fix it. They told me finally, that after bringing a Master from the "MB" it was OK! When I went to drive my car I noticed they broke the cover of the dashboard I request the service Director assistance but he told me they could not be responsible for this and walk out, after I drive 5 miles the problem persist I called them again they told me to took it back when I went back Mr. John Antalik told me that they could not do no shi... more... I request to speak to a higher manager but that is it, he is the one...
