I am always pretty pleased with the items and clothing I find at this Goodwill. The prices can be a little high on some items but considering what the pieces are new I don't complain. The biggest issue I have with this Goodwill is the staff! They ALWAYS seem so bothered with the customers. Considering this store is supposed to be beneficial to the community I have never felt so unwanted in any store I have EVER been in. Every time I am in this Goodwill starting at or even before 8:00 they very rudely anounce they will be closing at 9:00 and very rudely EVERY 10 minutes they repeat the announcement. They ALWAYS say the wrong time to get people out early too. I have heard the time be off as much as a 1/2 hour on many occasions. I get that these kids want to get out on time but everyone who has ever worked in retail knows closing time is just part of the job and you are done when the last customer leaves. I used to get utterly shocked at the disrespect the staffed showed their customers but sadly it is so routine I am used to it. What is even harder to watch is the disrespect they actually show the customers when they are so burdoned to be asked to open the locked cabinets in front or for the key to the restroom or when they have to rehang a garment that fell off a hanger or to open the locked changing rooms. It is called a JOB and they seem to not get that. It means to WORK! I know so many people that have been out of work for so long and would really appreciate an opportunity to work and these kids just feel so bothered to even have a job. I have seen so many customers walk out because of the rudeness in this store and it just makes me think of the stores mission statement -
We help people earn a living, improve their lives, and strengthen their families and their communities.-
The managers really need to teach that to the employees and if they are incapable of learning then get rid of them. Find employees that want and will appreciate work. The managers need to hire more people with disabilities because they are the only kind people in this store. They could run it much better than the "normal" people that work here.

I love this Goodwill! I have found some amazing items here, from a vintage Karl Lagerfeld blazer($6!), to a pine dresser ($10). Not a huge store, but the houseware department is great. I love the little old cashier lady, she is so sweet.

PROS: tons of parking, nice staff
CONS: too small
