We've called them twice on emergency basis. Efficient, pleasant, knowledgeable and get the job done. Price is comparable to others in the area. Nobody wants to pay emergency rates, but it goes with the territory.

We hired W.B. Dickenson to replace our boiler in 2004. They had the best price of anyone around plus they had a very skilled staff. They were able to get the job done very quickly. They also took away our old boiler, which most other companies would not do. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.
