Al's Hot Dog Stand

Als Hot Dog Stand is a Naugatuck landmark. It is one of those places that has withstood the test of time based on their value, consistency and quality. It is a drive-in hot dog stand, with great hot dogs, excellent onion rings and good prices. You can choose to eat inside, or outside at a picnic table. Their is always plenty of parking and fast service!

We like to go to Al's in the summer, spring, fall and enjoy a bite to eat outside. It's easy to get to, and the food is made to order, but comes out pretty quick. Worth a stop.

Al's hot dog stand is on Rte. 63 in Naugatuck, right next to Rte. 8 for easy on and off. Don't look for anything fancy. I think the place hasn't changed much in years. Go up to the window and put in your order. Pick it up really quickly at the other window. You can eat outside at picnic tables or inside. Outside is much nicer even though it overlooks the parking lot. The hot dogs are the best but they also make a great soft shell crab sandwich in the summer.

When it's hot and you're hungry, and want fast food to fill you up, stop here. They have everything and it's an affordable lunch break, done with enough time to eat in the shade.

they are wonderful hot dogs. they are fast in service and very polite. they don't charge a lot and are very very convenient. they are very close and cheep.

Great hot dogs done fast. Friendly service. A nice variety of food done on a bun. Affordable pit stop for lunch or dinner when you don't want to cook.

Delicious. This is one word that decribes the food at Al's. I find everything delicious. This place has been around for years and continues to serve the best hot dogs around along with a variety of other fast foods. It is also conviently located off the highway with an ample parking lot. This place is the best!!
