Out of the several cars I've owned and the many dealerships I've visited, I can honestly say this has been the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I will say the sales people are relatively helpful and friendly, but then again it's sales, why wouldn't they be? What really makes this a terrible dealership is their service department. If you do buy a car here, NEVER take it in for service here. The waiting area is very uninviting and out-of-date. The staff is not very friendly, and worst of all, they're VERY dishonest. I brought my Ford Explorer in for service here 3 different times, each time I complained about an issue with my transmission, as it would make a loud clunking sound going from first to second gear. All three times, they insisted there was nothing was wrong with it. Well my warranty just expired last months and it went in for service again, and all of a sudden, NOW I need a new transmission! In addition they once told me my front brakes were shot and needed to be replaced, but I waited until my next service date to have it done. When I had the mechanic look at it the next time I went in, he then told me they were fine and didn't know why the other mechanics said they were worn down. Even warranty service was a nightmare. I had to have my rear suspension replaced which was covered, but they argued it with me for nearly a week, and when they finally did approve it, it took them another week to do the work. As a result they left me without a car for two full weeks, and refused to give me a loaner. Save yourself the headache, never do business here!
