The name says it all, it's a room where you take your male. Hopefully to be shipped off, never to be seen again.

Seriously, great staff, they take care of every need (as long as the need involves mailing stuff).

This place is ok. There is almost never a line. And the service is fast...usually in and out. The short kid behind the counter can be a jerk, but only if you deserve it, and he is super funny (or at least he thinks he is.) The taller kid that fills in for him is not so funny, and he's kinda gay. (by "kinda" i mean "totally") But if you can look past the staff's personal short comings, then you will have a pleasant and fast shipping experience.

I went into the mailroom to send something out using DHL. I'm not very familiar with the procedure, so I definitely needed help. The staff there was personable, patient and knowledgeable. As an added plus, there was no wait, unlike the UPS store I've used in the past. The store is tucked away in a small plaza, so unless you're looking for it you may not see it.

The prices were reasonable for the service.

The store is small - looks like a mom and pop kid of place - but its clean and the service was excellent. I'll go back and would definitely recommend them.
