On Friday November 9th, I purchased a Bratz telephone from the Newtown CT KBToyworks along with some other items. After spending 2 days trying to get the phone to work without success, I went back to KB Toys to return it. I was told that "You have a yellow receipt, you can't return it." I explained that the toy was broken and had never worked. But was still told, you have a yellow receipt, all sales final. I was not offered a refund, exchange or store credit for the defective merchandise. I left phone and the store and intend to never return.
