Very good buying experience. Had a minor mechanical issue after taking delivery, and since this was a certified used vehicle, the service department made my satisfaction a priority and handled the issue promptly.

I have dealt with Colonial's service department for almost 10 years. The job gets done right the first time, everytime. Staff is excellent - knowledgeable, friendly, accomodating, and straight forward about what work needs to be done and what is not essential.

We have always had a great experience with the Colonial Ford Service Department. They have always been accommidating when making appointments and courteous especially when delivering bad news about a repair (which seems to be more often these days). I would rate them as a five star service center.

Service as always was exemplary. Vinnie took care of my needs courteously and in a timely fashion.He knows my car and makes sure the right mechanic handles it. Colonial is one of the few service centers I would rate as A++ and recommend to

This was the first time that we had to bring the new Explorer in for service, so we were very happy with the sercive group. not so much with the sales department

I had a good experience when I went in for service last week. Vinney at the front desk was very pleasant and kept me informed.

Avoid this place at all costs. These guys ruined my recent new car purchase experience. Although the sales guy I worked with was very good and we arrived at a good deal, you then have to meet with their business manager to close the deal when you take delivery. This guy is a total loser as he attempts to "hard sell" you a bunch of extras like undercoating, "key care", and various extended warranties costing thousands of dollars. If you even try to calmly and politely indicate that you are not interested, this guy will flip out and start yelling at you, calling you "rude", implying that you are stupid, etc.. Guess it is some sort of intimidation tactic that works on some unsuspecting victims. You would think that in the middle of the "Great Recession" when you put a check for about 30 grand in front of a business person, they would bend over backwards to make you happy. Not these guys, they yell at you and insult you; I would have walked away on the deal if I didn't really like the car so much. Wrote to Ford corporate in Dearborn, MI and they don't care either; all they say is that the dealers are "independently managed businesses" and you are on your own when trying to resolve an issue with one. Wow, I was really surprised at the attitude!

My dad bought his Ford Explorer hereand was very happy with not only the car, but the salespeople. They were very friendly and helpd us pick the car we wanted, not showing us what we didn't want. They gave us a very good price on the car and were very good to work with.
