I have been buying my cars at Selig for over 25 years. They are honest, easy to work with, friendly and fun. Service is top shelf as well. When is the last time an owner of a business drove you home or to work. It happens at Selig. Tj or Paul always make sure I am a Happy Selig Customer. Anyone saying anything different has an axe to grind. Thanks Guys you are the best.

When I moved to Connecticut 21 years ago a needed a place to get warranty work done on my new Ford. The service department at Bill Selig Ford was more than helpful. My family & I have sinced purchased 10 vehicles from them over the years. Their sales & service departments are the best. On the few occasions I had a problem, the service manager Larry went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

I purchased a Ford Focus and was promised two differnt rebates by the sales person and a third rebate by the finance manager. Two of the rebates were denied to me at the time of purchase and the third rebate was declined almost 4 weeks after I purchased the vehicle.

Within two weeks of purchasing the vehicle, i had to take it to the dealer, a different one, for a warranty repair (leak in the brake lines). The comment from the other dealership was that Bill Selig failed to do a thorough Pre-Delivery inspection.

This is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. When I contacted Ford Motor Company about this, they were no help

I have been a customer of Bill Selig Ford since they opened in 1970. During that period I have purchased or leased 11 personally and have found their service department particularly easy to deal with. I have always felt that their charges are fair and have never had an instance where a problem was not solved with only one visit. I will continue to be both a service customer and when the time comes for a new vehicle, it will come from Bill Selig Ford.

Have done business with them for 25 years. I have never had to shop anywhere else. Free loaners with service. Best service dept around. Cheaper at Selig than Jiffy Lube.They really support the community and town events. They will pick you up when your car is ready. Best Hands down. Thanks TJ and Paul.

I can honestly say that Bill Selig ford has set the bar for the worst experience at a dealership! Took my truck in to have a transmission code read and ended up getting my PCM erased which contained a custom tune. The dealership said the PCM flash was part of their standard TSB and that they did not know the truck had a blower installed, which I mentioned to the sales guy and is very obvious if you open the hood. I had to pay out of pocket to get the truck tuned again! Also, to top it off, they were suppose to replace my winshield cowl because it would not stay seated and there was a recall for this part. When I picked up the truck, I noticed that they just simply super-glued it. This was obvious due to the new white line of glue used on my black winshield cowl. I will never use these guys again!

Don't go here for service! They don't want to service cars under the warranty! I should have known I was going to get poor service when the guy at the dest asked, "did you buy the car here?" What should it matter, I have a brand new ford with a warning light on. Also, the guy wouldn't even get up out of his chair to look at the car, but complained that I didn't know the VIN number for him to look it up.

I went to Hoffman Ford in East Hartford, and they replaced a sensor and fixed the problem.
