Well if you got paid less than minimum wage like the waitstaff and had to clean the kitchen and vacuum the floors you wouldn't be to pleasant either.

I went here with a friend and I got salmon and he got the bacon burger. We waited 25 minutes and our food wasn't even ready yet! Mind you, this was after lunch and there was no crowd. The waitresses are uncaring and the food service is horribly slow. We ended up calceling our order and leaving. Would not recommend this restaurant. Ended up going to Chili's instead, which was MUCH better.

I was hoping with the reworking of the theme of the restaurant that it would improve its service. No such luck. The waitstaff are still untimely, rude and/or uncaring about everything.

The food is still mostly the same, though the menu is trying to be a bit more upscale to differentiate it from Fridays & 99. There's usually a crowd, but as more places open on Bridgeport Avenue, they're thinning out.
